It is possible to run a Pumped Secondary Circuit from a Heat Bank Thermal Store Unit.

The circuit is installed in the usual fashion, using a Bronze Pump to circulate the domestic hot water around the secondary loop.

A Non-Return Valve is fitted into the loop, as shown, to prevent cold mains water from flowing to outlets without first passing through the Heat Exchanger.

A Pipe Thermostat is fitted onto the loop.  When the temperature of the water in the loop drops below a set point, then the thermostat turns on the Heat Bank Thermal Store Pump, allowing heat to be transferred from the Heat Bank Thermal Store to the secondary loop, via the heat exchanger.
